Buyers must pay in full at auction site and have padlock to secure unit if items are not removed immediately.

Buyers must pay $10.00 for a Gate Card Deposit if items are not removed immediately.

The $10.00 will be REFUNDED to you when you RETURN the gate card to the Ball Realty Office.

Buyers will have until Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. to remove the contents, if more time is needed buyers will have to complete a lease for the unit(s) purchased at the Ball Realty Office.
